Contact the BBB

Brothers,

File a complaint with the BBB. It is a fairly simple process. Everyone should file a complaint with the BBB the more the better. Spread the word about Blue Zone Apparel. Warn every college/graduate organization at all schools you have connections with where vendors show up to do business. I'm not too technical but maybe someone can start a blog that has complaints against Blue Zone Apparel. Tag it with the name so when a search on the company is done, the review/complaint blog comes up.

Yes clarence, I'm aware this was sent to you as well. This has gone beyond the point of miscommunication and unfortunate circumstances. It is upsetting that my most prevalent memory of such a grand event as our chapter's 100 year anniversary is that of you and your underhanded business practices.

If you sew it (and you did), sooner or later you are going to reap it (and you will).

  1. Problem:
In January of 2011 I placed an order with Clarence Williams of Blue Zone Apparel for a custom shirt commemorating a Fraternity event. I promptly sent the money and have yet to receive the product that was ordered. I have continually tried to contact the vendor via Phone & Email however he has yet to respond to any of my requests. The cost of the shirt was $46 and my check has been cashed. There are many others that ordered the same shirt at the same time and they have not received their merchandise yet either.

IT WOULD BE ILADVISED TO DO BUSINESS WITH CLARENCE OR ANY COMPANY THAT HE IS AFFILIATED WITH AS HE WILL PROBABLY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN WITH IT AS HE HAS DONE WITH OURS!
